The machine is used to collect the live birds into the farm and automatically load them into the live birds container used to transport the chicken to the processing plant. The catcher is built mainly in stainless steel to comply with the increasing need of cleaning and disinfecting procedures of the equipment, it is hydraulically powered and equipped with automotive-like electrical components to improve performance and reliability of the system. Chickat can catch up to 12,000 birds per hour according to bird size, container design, forklift speed, operator skills, etc.
