These equipments are used to catch automatically or manually live birds and transport them to the receiving area up to the shackling to defeathering line. Then empty cages are washed with the container washer or crate washer.
LIVE BIRDS HANDLING
The machine is used to collect the live birds into the farm and automatically load them into the live birds container used to transport the chicken to the processing plant. The catcher is built mainly in stainless steel to comply with the increasing need of cleaning and disinfecting procedures of the equipment, it is hydraulically powered and equipped with automotive-like electrical components to improve performance and reliability of the system. Chickat can catch up to 12,000 birds per hour according to bird size, container design, forklift speed, operator skills, etc.

LIVE BIRDS HANDLING
This machine is used to have a easly hang of the poultry to the defeathering line. The machine works with Cattaruzzi containers or traditional plastic crates positioned on the platform with a forklift, on a hydrulic elevator can work two people; The function of the machine is to rise the crates, stacked on pallets, at the right position for the operator. With a single elevator two people can hang 2.000 B/h (depending on the labour ability). The elevator is made in hot dip galvanised steel with platform moved up and down by an hydraulic device.

LIVE BIRDS HANDLING
The ” MINI DUMPING ” is use to automatically unload at the processing plant the birds from container, the “double action” tilting ensures that all drawers are completely emptied during unloading. The system include: tilting device with hydraulic power pack; slides from the tilt container to the receiving belt conveyor; the canopy, the variable speed belt control, and the electric control panel with safety devices.

LIVE BIRDS HANDLING
This container has been designed to easily transport all type of live birds to the processing plant. It can easily replace the existing standard plastic crates without loosing space on the track and having more free surface on the floor it can be loaded with more birds. It can be made in two models with 4 or 5 floors. The frame is made of hot deep galvanized steel or, upon request, in stainless steel. The sides are made of st.st. net, the floor in thermoformed plastic material while the front door, created for automatic downloading with Minidumping, is in aluminum casting.

The frame is made of hot dip galvanized steel or upon request in st.st. while teh filter is made of stainless steel.
