The slaughterhouse started its activity in 1968.
The first slaughtering line with automatic plucking was made by the American company Gordon Johnson, of which our Company was at the time the representative in Italy.
Over the years we have intervened on the slaughter lines with increasingly innovative solutions to respond to the need to increase and optimize the production capacity of the plant.
Today the plant is almost entirely Cattaruzzi and the relationship with this reality is excellent.
