Since 1992 we have intervened by restructuring a competitive line in different phases with increasingly innovative solutions.

The first intervention was carried out on the slaughtering line by inserting a new scalder and automatic evisceration machines.

A fully automatic cut-up line was then installed on which our “Vision System” was also installed for the identification and qualitative selection of the various anatomical cuts.

The modernization of the plant was then completed with the replacement of the plastic cages with our stainless steel containers and the installation of our “Mini Dumping” automatic storage system.
