With interventions carried out in different phases on a competitive line, this slaughterhouse has been completely renovated and expanded over the years by us, bringing it to the current capacity of 3,000 chickens / hour.
In the first intervention carried out in 2008, the plucking line was completely replaced and a single hook cooling tunnel was installed with a calibration line installed directly on the same overhead line.
In 2013 all the automatic machines were installed on the evisceration line.
