Plant designed and built in 2014 on land near the first slaughterhouse built for the same customer in 2009.

The study of the project started from a land on which the customer wanted to build his slaughterhouse.

During the design phase, Cattaruzzi Srl provided technical support for the construction of civil works, electrical and water systems and also consultancy relating to the compliance of the system with the health regulations in force in the country.

Cattaruzzi Srl supplied the complete system or the entire plucking line and the automatic evisceration line.

The plant works at full capacity 10 hours a day at an hourly capacity of 1,500 chickens per hour
